CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure a fast and seamless return process, the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition: Items must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
General Condition: Only normal wear from trying on is accepted. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESSING
Returns are processed within 7 business days after the parcel is received.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
This right becomes valid once the returned product has been received and inspected by LUXSSE.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If an order is refused or not collected, it will be returned to us.
We will then contact you to arrange the best possible solution.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
Our products are shipped from an international warehouse, which may result in variable delivery times.
If you wish to cancel an order already in transit, please wait for delivery and then initiate the return process.
To speed up processing, please send us your tracking number once the return has been shipped.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
No additional fees will be charged.
